Because research materials are sensitive to handling and storage, returns are limited and reviewed case by case.

Damaged or incorrect items

Report damage or fulfillment errors within 7 days of delivery with photos and your batch number.

Opened or temperature-compromised vials cannot be returned.

Approved claims are replaced or refunded to the original payment method.
